This is Ulta Professional Lacquer in Howl at the Moon. This was part of the 'Love Bites' duo.
This stuff lasted only a matter of hours before it started chipping. It only stayed on my nails for about 24 hours. I was not very impressed. This color looks black in just about every light but direct sunlight, which is how it's shown here. Not my kind of thing. It would probably look okay with some flakies or glitter over it, but with the chipping it totally isn't worth it.
